Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within India

Shipping is free across India. Orders usually arrive within 7-10 working days of the order date. If you need your order sooner, you can choose express shipping at checkout for an additional charge. It takes about 3-5 working days.

International shipping

International shipping is a flat rate of ₹4,000, and orders usually arrive in 12-15 working days. In most cases there are no duties to pay. Occasionally, customs may hold a parcel and ask for a small duty fee. This happens at random and depends on your local customs authority, so I can’t predict it.

RETURN POLICY

Each print is made especially for your order, so prints can’t be returned or refunded. If your order arrives damaged, please email me photos of the artwork at hello@prachimathur.com as soon as you receive it. I’ll look into it and help sort it out.
